Why do some products need ID verification?

A small number of our chemicals are age-restricted or regulated. For those items we verify photo ID once — either uploaded at checkout or shown at local pickup — before the order is dispatched.

How soon can I seal after cleaning?

Allow the surface to dry fully — typically 24 to 48 hours in good weather. Sealing damp paving traps moisture and causes a hazy finish.

Will a cleaner damage my planting?

Cover nearby planting with plastic sheeting and rinse foliage with clean water if overspray occurs. Follow the dilution and PPE guidance on the safety data sheet.

Can I return an opened chemical?

Unopened product can be returned within 30 days. Opened chemicals cannot be returned for safety and contamination reasons.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes. Contractors get tiered pricing, consolidated invoicing and priority collection slots. Contact us with your company details to open an account.
