Returns policy

Unopened product back within 30 days, no fuss.

What we accept

Unopened, undamaged product in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue a returns reference.

What we cannot accept

Opened chemicals, decanted product and bespoke mixed orders cannot be returned for safety and contamination reasons. Restricted items require a supervised return.

Refunds and store credit

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the goods arriving back with us. You can choose store credit instead, which is applied to your account immediately on inspection.

Faulty or damaged goods are replaced or refunded in full, including carriage.
